Who you are

You have experience in sales, ideally within the SaaS or travel industry, and are passionate about helping businesses optimize their travel and spend management. You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by results, always looking for ways to exceed targets and contribute to team success.

You are fluent in Polish or another Slavic language, which allows you to connect with clients in emerging markets effectively. Your curiosity and proactive mindset enable you to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the sales process. You are a team player who values collaboration and is eager to contribute to a positive team culture.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at TravelPerk, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in growth markets. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for market penetration and client acquisition. Your role will involve conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, and presenting TravelPerk's solutions to meet their travel management needs.

You will engage with clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects TravelPerk's commitment to delivering a 7-star experience. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on client needs and market trends, helping to shape product offerings and improve service delivery.
