What you'll do

As a Partner Implementation Manager at TravelPerk, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing collaborative relationships with our partners. Your mission is to expand Perk's capabilities across various third-party integrations, ensuring that our partners have the tools they need to succeed. You will work closely with internal teams to align partner needs with our product offerings, driving the implementation process from start to finish.

You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, providing them with the necessary training and support to ensure a smooth integration. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, allowing you to advocate for their needs within the organization. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance our platform based on partner insights.
