Who you are
You are a motivated first-time manager eager to step into the SDR Team Lead role. You have a passion for coaching and supporting a team of outbound SDRs, helping them achieve their targets and develop their skills. You understand the importance of driving growth in the CEE markets and are excited about the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing company.
You possess strong communication skills and the ability to inspire your team. You are data-driven and can analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with other teams to align strategies and objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of 8 outbound SDRs, providing coaching and support to help them excel in their roles. You will set clear performance expectations and monitor progress, ensuring that your team meets their targets. You will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies that resonate with potential customers.
You will be responsible for conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities. You will foster a positive team culture that encourages open communication and continuous learning.
