You are a motivated first-time manager ready to step into the SDR Team Lead role for the Benelux region. You have a passion for coaching and supporting a team of outbound SDRs, helping them achieve their targets and develop their skills. What you'll do
In this role, you will coach and support a team of 8 outbound SDRs, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales targets. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for your team, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
You will analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team productivity. Your role will involve training new team members and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You will also be involved in developing and refining sales processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
