Who you are
You are a proactive and high-energy individual with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. You have experience in project management, particularly in implementing software solutions for clients, and you thrive in collaborative environments. Your ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, from program administrators to senior decision-makers, sets you apart. You are fluent in both English and French, which is essential for this role, and you are willing to travel for client engagements. Previous experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP, or Oracle is highly preferable, as it will enable you to navigate technical discussions effectively.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Launch Manager, you will be responsible for the successful and timely implementation of the Navan travel and expense platform for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers. You will act as the global project manager and technical point of contact for each implementation, ensuring that customers deploy the Navan platform within target launch timeframes, typically ranging from 2 to 4 months. You will partner closely with customers' project, finance, and IT stakeholders, as well as senior decision-makers, to drive a smooth and optimal implementation and onboarding experience. Your role will involve developing project plans, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring high-quality deployments. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Integrations, Product & Engineering, Finance, and Support teams to meet and exceed both Navan's and customers' goals.
