What you'll do
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency across the Italy and DACH markets. You will provide day-to-day support to the Sales team, addressing user questions, offering process guidance, and resolving issues as they arise. Your role will involve gathering feedback from local and central teams, sharing recommendations, and ensuring alignment and consistency in operations. You will assist in sales target setting and compensation processes, contributing to projects aimed at optimizing sales operations and enhancing business impact. Your collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other departments will be crucial in driving the success of our initiatives.
