Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the financial technology sector, and understand the complexities of migrating large organizations to new payment infrastructures. Your experience includes working with high-revenue accounts, ideally exceeding €1B, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can drive significant financial transformations.
You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in various industries such as utilities, insurance, and telecommunications. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and effectively position innovative payment solutions to meet client needs.
What you'll do
As a Senior Sales Executive at Trustly, your primary responsibility will be to lead the migration of Southern Europe’s largest billers from legacy payment systems to our cutting-edge Account to Account (A2A) payment solutions. You will develop and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, orchestrating multi-territory deals that drive growth and enhance global liquidity management for your clients.
You will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to align your strategies with the company's ambitious goals of redefining the payment experience. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential clients, crafting tailored proposals, and presenting our solutions to decision-makers.
You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Your success will be measured by your ability to close deals and contribute to the overall growth of Trustly's market presence in Southern Europe.
