You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and how TwelveLabs can meet them.

Desirable

Experience in sales or business development is a plus, particularly in technology or AI-related fields. Familiarity with the Marketing & Advertising, Health & Life Sciences, or Manufacturing sectors would be beneficial as you work to establish relationships in these emerging verticals.

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in various sectors. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and articulate how TwelveLabs' innovative video AI solutions can address their challenges. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and engagement, ensuring that TwelveLabs builds a strong presence in these new markets.

You will also participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of the technology and the unique value propositions that TwelveLabs offers. Your role will involve tracking and reporting on your outreach efforts, providing insights that will help refine the sales strategy and improve overall effectiveness.
