You are comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere. You are familiar with sales prospecting tools and have a keen interest in understanding customer needs to tailor your outreach effectively.

Desirable

Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with identity governance or cybersecurity concepts will help you excel in this position. A background in technology or a related field can also be beneficial as you engage with technical prospects.

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Saviynt, you will be responsible for initiating sales cycles by identifying and engaging appropriate prospect personas across Federal Agencies. Your primary goal will be to inquire into their identity governance and infrastructure challenges, aligning Saviynt's value propositions to these challenges. You will work to gain the prospects' commitment to take a meeting with a Director of Sales to explore solutions further. You will continuously produce qualified meetings that convert into the sales pipeline, contributing to the overall success of the Enterprise Sales team. You will leverage both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up to generate sales opportunities. You will be measured by your individual contributions and quota achievement, making your role crucial to the team's success.
