Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the food service or restaurant industry. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively makes you a natural ambassador for the Uber Eats brand. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas. You possess strong prospecting and negotiation skills, which you utilize through cold-calling and in-person meetings to establish successful partnerships.

You are results-driven and proactive in managing your pipeline of potential restaurant partners. You understand the importance of metrics and are comfortable hitting weekly targets for calls, emails, and appointments. Your experience allows you to navigate contract negotiations effectively, ensuring sustainable economics for both Uber Eats and its partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in the Chicago area. You will engage in cold-calling, making at least 50 dials per day, and conduct in-person meetings to create a great first impression. As an Account Executive, you will act as an ambassador for Uber Eats, clearly communicating the value of the platform to potential partners.

You will manage contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring that both parties benefit from the partnership. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed your monthly sales quota while proactively building your pipeline.
