Who you are
You have 3+ years of client-facing B2B experience in Healthcare Sales and/or Technology Sales, ideally in SaaS or API environments. Your proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas showcases your ability to drive revenue growth effectively. You hold a Bachelorβs Degree, which complements your professional experience in the field.
Your background includes managing and scaling large-scale accounts within health systems or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). You understand the nuances of healthcare transportation and social determinants of health, which allows you to navigate complex environments and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
You possess a unique ability to balance long-term relationship building with aggressive sales strategies. Your hunter mindset enables you to identify cross-sell opportunities and expand existing partnerships, ensuring that you not only retain but also grow your accounts.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will manage a portfolio of key hospital system accounts, leveraging your skills to identify new opportunities with various Uber Health products. Success in this position means not just retaining our current footprint but also aggressively expanding it. You will engage with executive leadership and strategically influence senior-level stakeholders to drive deeper adoption of our services, unlocking substantial recurring revenue.
You will be responsible for nurturing critical relationships with health systems, ensuring that Uber Health becomes an integral part of their operations. Your role will involve navigating decentralized decision-making processes to secure enterprise-wide adoption of our solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to align product offerings with the needs of your accounts, ensuring that we deliver maximum value to our partners.
