Who you are

You have 2+ years of technology sales experience, particularly in transactional selling, where you've successfully managed both inbound and outbound sales processes. Your familiarity with Salesforce allows you to efficiently manage your pipeline and report on your activities, ensuring you meet your sales targets.

You are adept at identifying friction points in the sales process and collaborating with leadership to enable deal acceleration. Your experience includes creating and closing a pipeline of new opportunities, demonstrating your ability to drive results in a competitive environment.

You possess strong problem-solving skills, particularly in technical contexts, which enables you to handle program launches and light implementations effectively. Your ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders ensures that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Desirable

Experience with AI tools such as Gong and ChatGPT to enhance your sales strategies is a plus. While experience in health or health tech is not required, it would certainly be beneficial in understanding the unique challenges of the industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business within a defined geography, focusing on selling Uber Health's suite of solutions to various healthcare organizations. You will efficiently use Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline, report on your activities, and project revenue.

You will identify sales process friction points and work closely with leadership to enable deal acceleration, ensuring that you can create and close a pipeline of 20 new opportunities per month through both inbound and outbound sources. Your role will also involve handling program launches and light implementations, ensuring that customers can effectively use the platform.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work with internal stakeholders to build a robust pipeline and conduct effective demonstrations of Uber Health's solutions. Your ability to solve technical problems will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
