Who you are

You have 3-4 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in a client-facing role — you've successfully managed customer relationships and driven revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. Your ability to derive insights from customer feedback and data trends sets you apart, allowing you to make informed recommendations to improve customer experiences.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally to drive efficiencies throughout the account lifecycle. Your strong relationship-building skills enable you to grow and retain a book of business while exceeding revenue goals. You understand the importance of operational excellence and are always looking for ways to iterate and improve on internal processes and tools.

What you'll do

As a Mid Market Growth Account Executive at Uber Health, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and driving retention initiatives. You will manage day-to-day relationships with existing customers, uncovering new ways to increase revenue by expanding into new departments and locations. Your role will involve presenting quarterly business reviews and gathering valuable customer feedback to drive product adoption.

You will work closely with various teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support, to ensure that customer needs are met and that their experiences with Uber Health are continually improved. Your insights will help shape the direction of our offerings and enhance the overall customer experience. You will also facilitate on-site business reviews periodically to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment with customer goals.
