Who you are

You have 5+ years of professional sales experience in healthcare sales and/or technology sales, particularly in SaaS, API, or software sales. Your proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas showcases your ability to manage complex, multi-million dollar deals effectively. You hold a Bachelor’s Degree, which has equipped you with the foundational knowledge necessary for this role.

Your experience includes selling directly into large health systems or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and you understand the nuances of navigating decentralized decision-making processes. You are familiar with value-based care organizations and have insights into healthcare transportation, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), or social determinants of health (SDoH).

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will drive the acquisition of new Uber Health partnerships across a portfolio of health systems. Your focus will be on uncovering new opportunities, winning deals, and assisting with implementations and go-lives. You will engage with executive leadership to ensure the successful embedding of Uber Health within complex health systems, identifying and activating new use cases, locations, and stakeholders across various departments and affiliated hospitals and clinics.

You will leverage your 'hunter' mindset to identify new opportunities for Uber Health products, ensuring not just the discovery of new revenue streams but also the navigation of complex decision-making landscapes. Your ability to find and enable champions within organizations will be crucial for securing enterprise-wide adoption of Uber Health solutions. Success in this role means unlocking substantial recurring revenue and driving stickiness within your accounts.
