You have a minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in a client-facing role — you've successfully managed customer relationships and driven revenue growth through account expansion and upselling. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is key to your success, and you thrive in environments where you can leverage customer feedback to improve services. You are adept at deriving qualitative and quantitative insights from customer interactions, which helps you make informed recommendations to various teams within the organization.
You understand the importance of operational excellence and are always looking for ways to iterate and improve on existing processes and tools. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to work cross-functionally, ensuring that efficiencies are driven throughout the account lifecycle. You are committed to achieving revenue goals while enhancing the customer experience, making you a valuable asset to any team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will grow and retain a book of business by identifying expansion opportunities within your existing accounts. You will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling services, ensuring that you exceed revenue goals while maintaining strong relationships with your clients. You will present quarterly business reviews, gather customer feedback, and drive product adoption to enhance the overall customer experience with Uber Health.
You will work closely with various teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support, to share insights and recommendations that can improve the customer experience across different types of accounts. Your role will involve facilitating on-site business reviews periodically to ensure that clients are satisfied and to identify further opportunities for collaboration. You will also be expected to iterate on playbooks and internal resources to achieve operational excellence.
