Uber is hiring a Senior Mid Market Account Executive to drive sales in the Mid-Market segment. You'll be responsible for cold outreach, prospecting, and closing new customers. This role requires a proven track record in sales and persistence in achieving quotas.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in cold outreach and prospecting — you've consistently met and exceeded sales quotas, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a competitive environment. Your persistence in following up with prospects sets you apart, as you understand the importance of building relationships and securing meetings. You enjoy working as part of a team, celebrating wins together, and contributing to a collaborative sales culture.

Your experience includes formulating go-to-market plans and generating leads through various outreach methods, including emails and calls. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value propositions of Uber for Business effectively. You are adept at understanding client needs through attentive listening and insightful questioning, ensuring that you can tailor your approach to meet their specific pain points.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on the Mid-Market segments, targeting companies with employee sizes between 200 and 500 in Hong Kong. Your daily activities will involve generating opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and winning accounts within your assigned book of business. You will be responsible for presenting product demos and clearly articulating how Uber for Business can address client challenges. Your disciplined approach to pipeline management and accurate forecasting will be crucial for your success.

You will work closely with clients to close deals and onboard them onto the Uber for Business platform, ensuring they achieve high usage rates. Your ability to manage relationships and maintain communication with clients will be key to fostering long-term partnerships. You will also be expected to stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Uber for Business in the marketplace.
