You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in building partnerships and managing client relationships. Your experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus, as it gives you insight into the needs of local restaurants. You are results-driven and thrive on meeting and exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating your ability to manage a pipeline effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to clearly articulate the value of Uber Eats to potential partners. You are comfortable with cold-calling and have a knack for negotiation, ensuring that both parties benefit from the partnerships you establish.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Uber Eats, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in the Southern California region. You will engage in cold-calling, making at least 50 dials per day, and conduct in-person meetings to create a strong first impression as an ambassador for the Uber Eats brand. Your role will involve managing contract negotiations to lay the groundwork for successful partnerships, ensuring sustainable economics for both Uber and the restaurants. You will also collaborate with the Account Management team to streamline the onboarding process for new partners, helping to identify and build standard processes that enhance the overall experience. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed monthly quotas while proactively building your sales pipeline through effective outreach and relationship management.
