You are a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly in a mid-market environment. You have experience in driving revenue growth and operational excellence, and you understand the unique challenges and goals of your clients. Your consultative approach allows you to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable negotiating deals with senior decision-makers.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of the Uber for Business platform effectively. You are adept at analyzing market trends and client needs, which helps you develop comprehensive growth strategies tailored to each customer. Your ability to work closely with implementation teams ensures that new products and use cases are launched successfully, driving product adoption and revenue growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of your clients' business priorities and competitive landscape. You will proactively identify expansion opportunities across multiple lines of business, products, and services to exceed revenue goals. Your focus will be on increasing adoption and usage of current programs, as well as expanding services to new offices or departments within existing accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that they receive the best possible service from Uber for Business.
You will also be tasked with negotiating mutually beneficial deals with senior decision-makers, ensuring that both Uber and the client achieve their objectives. Your success will be measured by your ability to grow and retain your book of business while driving product adoption and revenue growth. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics to provide valuable insights to your clients and enhance their experience with Uber for Business.
