Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing and expanding partnerships. With at least 5 years of experience, you excel in building relationships and have a knack for negotiation. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a positive first impression makes you an ideal ambassador for the Uber Eats brand. You thrive in a results-driven environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas. You are comfortable with cold-calling and have experience in outreach strategies that include emails and in-person visits. You understand the importance of integrating feedback from various stakeholders to drive adoption and success in partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of strategic mid-market restaurant groups, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in at least 50 cold calls per day, alongside emails and in-person meetings, to build a robust pipeline. Your responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners. You will act as a champion for Uber Eats, clearly communicating its value to potential partners. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new partners and drive the adoption of Uber Eats across high-profile merchant partners. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed monthly quotas while proactively managing your pipeline and weekly metrics.
