Job Description

Who you are

You have 0-2 years of full cycle sales experience, demonstrating a natural talent for selling and a passion for food and the Uber brand. You enjoy negotiating and are eager to build relationships with local restaurants. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a great first impression will be key in developing long-term partnerships. You are proactive in managing your pipeline and hitting weekly metrics, including cold-calls and in-person meetings. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing time between the office and field work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-calling and in-person meetings, making at least 50 dials per day to connect with potential partners. As an ambassador for Uber Eats, you will clearly communicate the value of the platform to restaurant owners and help establish sustainable economics for both parties during contract negotiations. You will collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner, ensuring they feel valued and supported from the start. Maintaining proactive communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings will be essential to your success in this role.
