You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions — you've demonstrated your ability to build relationships and drive results in a competitive environment. You are a natural at selling and have a passion for food and Uber, which helps you connect with potential partners effectively. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to establish strong partnerships that benefit both Uber and the merchants you work with.
You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are comfortable communicating with various stakeholders. Your proactive approach to maintaining communication channels ensures that you can effectively manage relationships with merchants and internal teams alike. You are results-driven and consistently strive to exceed monthly targets, making you a valuable asset to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will leverage your prospecting skills to build partnerships with merchants in your geographic region. You will manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing a strong working relationship with our merchants, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. Your ability to clearly communicate the value of Uber and its newest products will be crucial in attracting new partners.
You will work closely with Operations and Account Managers to activate the best merchants, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your insights will help identify and build best practices for future partnerships. As an ambassador of Uber Eats' mission, brand, and product, you will proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings, fostering long-term relationships with key in-region partners.
