You have 3-5 years of full cycle sales experience, demonstrating a natural talent for selling and a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene. Your passion for food and the Uber brand drives you to excel in building relationships and negotiating partnerships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to achieving and exceeding your sales quotas.
You are a proactive communicator, skilled in managing a pipeline of prospects through various channels including cold-calling and in-person meetings. Your ability to create a great first impression and act as an ambassador for Uber Eats is essential in developing long-term partnerships with restaurant owners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-callingβmaking at least 50 dials per dayβand conducting in-person meetings to establish connections and communicate the value of Uber Eats.
You will manage contract negotiations to lay the groundwork for strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner, helping to identify and build best practices along the way.
Maintaining proactive communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings will be key to your success. You will be expected to meet weekly metrics and contribute to the overall growth of the Uber Eats platform in your region.
