Uber is hiring an Account Representative to manage partnerships with local restaurants for Uber Eats. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, including cold-calling and contract negotiation. This role requires at least 1 year of sales experience.

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional sales experience or are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree. You are a natural at selling and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of Uber Eats to potential partners. Your passion for food and the Uber brand drives you to succeed in building long-term relationships with restaurant owners.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing a pipeline of prospects through cold-calling and in-person meetings. Your ability to negotiate contracts ensures that both Uber and the restaurant partners benefit from the agreements you establish. You are proactive in maintaining communication with prospects and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in at least 50 cold calls per day and conduct in-person meetings to create a great first impression as an ambassador for Uber Eats. Your responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties.

You will also collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner. Your success will be measured by achieving and exceeding your monthly sales quota while proactively building your pipeline and managing weekly metrics.
