You have at least 2 years of experience in full-cycle sales, demonstrating a strong ability to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing. Your background includes successfully building relationships and negotiating contracts, particularly in a fast-paced environment. You are results-driven and thrive on achieving and exceeding sales goals, with a proven track record of managing metrics effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey the value of Uber Eats and its offerings to potential partners with a consultative approach. You are comfortable with cold-calling and have a knack for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your collaborative spirit aligns with Uber's cultural identity, and you are eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Uber Eats, you will be responsible for prospecting and building a pipeline of partnerships with local restaurants. You will lead the full sales cycle, from identifying potential partners to negotiating contracts that establish strong working relationships. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while proactively managing your pipeline through cold calls, emails, and field appointments. You will also play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new partners, helping them integrate with Uber Eats effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to identifying best practices for the sales team, sharing insights and strategies that enhance overall performance. Expect to travel to market approximately 30% of the time to meet with potential partners and strengthen relationships.
