Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional sales experience or are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree. You are a natural at selling and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene, which allows you to connect with potential partners effectively. Your passion for food and the Uber brand drives your motivation to succeed in this role. You enjoy negotiating and building relationships, making you an ideal ambassador for Uber Eats.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants. You are proactive in your approach, making at least 50 cold calls a day and scheduling in-person meetings to establish partnerships. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to create a great first impression and clearly articulate the value of Uber Eats to restaurant owners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will lead the full sales cycle, from cold-calling to contract negotiation, ensuring that both Uber and the restaurant partners benefit from the relationship. You will help identify and build standard processes to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner, collaborating closely with the Account Management team.
You will proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring that you are always on top of your metrics and quotas. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed your monthly sales targets, which will require a strategic approach to building your pipeline and managing relationships.
