You are comfortable with cold-calling and have a strategic approach to prospecting. You know how to manage a pipeline effectively, integrating feedback from various stakeholders to drive adoption of services. Your ability to negotiate contracts and manage partnerships is key to your success in this role. You are also a team player, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of strategic mid-market restaurant groups, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in cold-calling, sending emails, and conducting in-person meetings to build relationships and drive sales. Your day will involve at least 50 dials per day, ensuring you are actively reaching out to potential partners. You will also work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback and drive the adoption of Uber Eats among high-profile merchant partners.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation. You will act as an ambassador for the Uber and Uber Eats brands, creating a great first impression and developing long-term partnerships. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed monthly quotas while proactively building your sales pipeline. You will also be expected to manage weekly metrics related to your outreach efforts, ensuring you are on track to meet your goals.
