Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in building partnerships and managing client relationships. Your experience in the food service or tech industry is a plus, as it helps you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. You are results-driven and thrive on meeting and exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating your ability to manage a pipeline effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to clearly articulate the value of Uber Eats to potential partners. You are comfortable with cold-calling and have a knack for making a great first impression, acting as an ambassador for the Uber brand. You are proactive in identifying opportunities and building processes that support successful partnerships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-calling and in-person meetings, making at least 50 dials per day to connect with potential partners. Your responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. You will collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking your performance against weekly metrics, including cold calls, emails, and field appointments, to ensure you are on track to meet your monthly quota. Your success will be measured by your ability to proactively build your pipeline and drive internal processes that lead to successful partnerships.
