What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of SMB Sales Representatives, coaching them to exceed acquisition and revenue goals. You will drive results by monitoring performance and conducting regular deal reviews to identify strengths and areas for growth. Your focus will be on enabling success through performance calibrations and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You will serve as a key thought partner to Territory Leadership, contributing to short- and long-term business strategies and identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with Sales Operations to analyze performance data and optimize workflows, ensuring your team delivers best-in-class results.
