Uber is hiring an Account Representative to bring local restaurants onto the Uber Eats platform. You'll manage the full sales cycle and negotiate partnerships with top local restaurants. This role requires strong sales skills and knowledge of the local restaurant scene.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a natural at selling and have a deep understanding of the best local restaurants. Your passion for food and the Uber brand drives you to excel in building partnerships. You enjoy negotiating and are motivated by achieving and exceeding your quarterly quotas. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-person meetings with remote work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in cold-calling, making at least 50 dials per day, and conduct in-person meetings to create a great first impression as an ambassador for Uber Eats. Your responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. You will also collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner, maintaining proactive communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
