Who you are
You have a Bachelor's Degree with internship or project-based experience in sales, business development, or marketing, or you have at least 12 months of experience in a sales role. You are driven and motivated to generate qualified new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, and you thrive in a collaborative environment. You possess strong communication skills and can engage effectively with key decision-makers to uncover business pain points and articulate Uber for Business's value proposition.
You are comfortable conducting strategic outreach into large accounts (1,000+ employees) via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. You have a knack for researching target accounts, mapping buying personas, and tailoring outreach messaging to drive engagement. You understand the importance of maintaining clean data hygiene in Salesforce and Groove, and you are committed to delivering a top-tier prospect experience while representing Uber's values.
What you'll do
In this role, you will generate a high volume of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) each month that convert into revenue opportunities. You will lead high-level conversations with key decision-makers, uncovering their business pain points and effectively communicating the value of Uber for Business. You will track your daily activities meticulously and collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Marketing teams to iterate on messaging and identify winning strategies that accelerate pipeline velocity. Your contributions will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across a wide range of industries.
