You have a strong background in revenue operations and program management, with at least 5 years of experience leading technical programs in a sales environment. Your expertise in change management and user adoption strategies has enabled you to successfully transition teams to new platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex technical information to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Your ability to collaborate with engineering and sales operations teams ensures that technical timelines are met and integration hurdles are resolved efficiently.

You are data-driven and understand the importance of tracking key metrics to measure the success of new implementations. You have experience in designing comprehensive change management strategies that drive user adoption and engagement. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end global technical program for the launch and implementation of a new sales engagement platform. This includes overseeing technical readiness, developing data migration strategies, and ensuring seamless integration across all sales territories. You will own the program narrative and manage communications for senior leadership, providing clear updates on status, risks, and impact. Your responsibilities will also include designing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy to drive user adoption among thousands of global sales users.

You will partner directly with engineering and sales operations to manage technical timelines and solve complex integration challenges. Post-launch, you will define, track, and report on key metrics to monitor the platform's health and measure its impact on sales efficiency. Your role will require you to be hands-on in addressing any issues that arise during the transition and ensuring that the platform meets the needs of the sales teams effectively.
