Who you are

You have a strong background in finance operations and team leadership, with experience managing cross-functional teams. You are detail-oriented and possess exceptional stakeholder influencing skills, allowing you to effectively connect the Procure-to-Pay organization with global business partners. Your ability to navigate complex and unstructured business challenges sets you apart as a strategic leader.

You thrive in high-visibility roles and are comfortable leading a team of Senior Analysts, establishing clear objectives to ensure proactive advisory rather than tactical execution. Your experience in driving program execution aligns with global standards, and you are adept at evaluating and implementing business changes, from product launches to mergers.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Partner Engagement & Programs for the Americas, you will lead the newly established PEP team, acting as the primary strategic engine for the region. You will ensure that every business change is successfully evaluated and supported, driving ecosystem adoption and maximizing partner value. Your role will involve mentoring your team, aligning on key performance indicators, and fostering collaboration across various departments.

You will be responsible for establishing clear swim lanes for your team, focusing on proactive advisory roles. Your leadership will be crucial in executing global PEP programs, ensuring alignment with senior management on KPIs and scorecards. You will also serve as the voice of the business and the partner, providing valuable insights back to global process owners and centers of excellence.
