What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for Uber Eats' US&C Sales organization — you will lead a team of recruiters to ensure that the right sales talent is in place to meet territory expansion goals. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining an evergreen pipeline of candidates, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to identify high-energy individuals who can drive sales growth.

You will standardize interview processes and assessment tools to define the talent bar for the sales organization — this includes implementing role-plays and pitch simulations to evaluate candidates effectively. You will also collaborate closely with sales leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns that resonate with potential candidates.

Your role will require you to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed — you will be responsible for ensuring that your team meets monthly hiring targets while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.
