What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of SMB Sales Representatives, coaching and inspiring them to exceed acquisition and revenue goals. You will monitor team performance, ensuring consistent execution against targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and success. You will partner with Sales Operations and other departments to analyze performance data and improve workflows, ensuring your team has the tools they need to succeed.
You will serve as a strategic thought partner to Territory Leadership, contributing to short- and long-term business strategies and identifying growth opportunities. Your ability to influence and drive results will be key to your success in this role, as you work to optimize systems and processes that enhance team performance.
