What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full end-to-end acquisition cycle for prospective restaurant partners, starting from the initial cold call to negotiation and activation. You will build relationships by understanding the unique challenges faced by restaurant owners and aligning Uber's offerings with their needs. Your day will involve a significant amount of prospecting and cold-calling to build a high-volume pipeline, ensuring that you balance quick wins with long-term trust-building.

You will manage your sales pipeline with urgency and discipline, adapting your approach as necessary to unlock value for both the restaurant partners and Uber. Collaboration across Sales Operations teams will be crucial to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners. You will navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities, continuously testing new messaging to improve your closing techniques and drive growth for both Uber Eats and its partners.
