What you'll do
In this role, you will act as an online food delivery growth consultant to a portfolio of 30 of NYC’s largest merchants. You will conduct key contract negotiations that shape the future of partnerships with top merchants. Developing tailored account strategies and plans for each partner will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and long-term goals.
You will leverage internal networks to explore innovative strategies aimed at enhancing the service and experience for your top partners. Building strong relationships with these merchants will be essential as you track progress and identify new opportunities for growth. Your strategic approach will be key in delivering enterprise-level white glove service to your top exclusives and multi-app partners.
