Overview

Uber is hiring a Recruiter to support their Marketing, Policy & Communications teams. You'll manage the full-cycle recruiting process and partner with leadership to develop talent strategies. This position requires expertise in identifying top-tier talent.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in recruiting, particularly in specialized roles across Marketing, Public Policy, and Global Communications. Your experience allows you to execute full-cycle recruiting effectively, ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish. You understand the importance of providing a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Uber's brand, ensuring every candidate interaction is positive, regardless of the outcome.

You are a proactive talent advisor, partnering closely with leadership to co-create talent strategies that align with the unique needs of the Marketing and Policy teams. Your ability to master passive sourcing means you can identify and engage hidden talent through sophisticated headhunting and networking techniques. You are committed to driving diversity and inclusion, actively building diverse pipelines and implementing inclusive hiring practices to reflect the global communities Uber serves.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process for specialized roles, ensuring that you attract and retain top-tier creative and strategic talent. You will act as a talent advisor, collaborating with leadership to understand their unique needs and the competitive landscape. Your responsibilities will include executing full-cycle recruiting, championing the candidate experience, and using data and market insights to inform your strategies. You will also be expected to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process, ensuring that Uber's teams reflect the diverse communities they serve.
