Uber is hiring a Partner Manager for their Advertising team to develop and manage enterprise ads partnership strategies. You'll work closely with sales teams and marketing decision makers, leveraging your analytical skills to drive campaign performance. This role requires 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in managing enterprise-level partnerships, particularly in the digital marketing space. Your background includes developing strategies that align with partners' marketing goals and challenges, ensuring that you can proactively recommend solutions that drive success. You excel in building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored insights that enhance campaign performance.

Your analytical skills are top-notch โ€” you can develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partners. You are comfortable navigating complex conversations and can effectively communicate product limitations and feedback to internal teams. You thrive in collaborative environments, often wearing many hats to support your teammates and drive initiatives that benefit the entire Ads team.

Desirable

Experience with data-backed decision-making tools and methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms will help you manage relationships effectively. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with our Ads sales teams to develop and manage enterprise ads partnership strategies that deliver on our partnersโ€™ needs and exceed quarterly growth goals. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key marketing decision-makers within partner organizations, ensuring that you understand their marketing goals and challenges. Your proactive approach will involve recommending solutions that support these goals and monitoring campaign performance to identify and solve issues.

You will coordinate the launch management and reporting of campaigns, communicating updates and setting expectations with all stakeholders. Your analytical skills will come into play as you uncover opportunities to drive better performance and increased investment by delivering data-backed insights and recommendations to our partners. You will also help build best practice playbooks across our Ads team to drive adoption for our restaurant partners at scale.
