What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth within the enterprise segment, focusing on the DACH region. You will engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with Udemy's mission to transform lives through learning. Your ability to collaborate with various departments, including Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing, will be crucial in ensuring a seamless client experience. You will also be expected to track and analyze client feedback, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement. As you build relationships with clients, you will work to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
