Job Description

Who you are

You are a motivated individual with a passion for developing new business opportunities. You thrive in a team environment and possess strong communication skills that help you cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects. Your curiosity and self-driven nature make you a perfect fit for a fast-moving growth company like UiPath.

You have previous experience in lead generation, particularly from marketing campaigns, and are comfortable with outbound prospecting. You understand the importance of identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions to meet those needs effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will generate qualified meetings for Field Representatives through cold calls, emails, and strategic campaigns. You will proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Account Executive. Reporting to the BDR Manager, you will track your sales results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, ensuring you stay up-to-date with new developments in the industry.
