You have over 10 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions, demonstrating a strong track record of success in driving sales and building relationships with C-suite executives. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs is exceptional, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of products and services. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are self-motivated, always seeking to exceed revenue goals and deliver significant ROI for your clients.
You are skilled in outbound prospecting and lead generation, adept at managing accounts through personalized contact and fostering long-term client relationships. Your experience with Salesforce ensures that you maintain accurate forecasts and keep your pipeline organized. You are a team player, collaborating with sales engineers, developers, and customer success teams to drive the sales motion and achieve collective goals.
What you'll do
As a Federal Account Executive at UiPath, you will be responsible for connecting customers with the UiPath Enterprise Automation Platform, helping them solve problems and create efficiencies. You will develop relationships and drive the sales motion at executive levels within client accounts, ensuring that you understand their needs and can articulate the value of our solutions. Your role will involve outbound prospecting and lead generation, where you will actively seek new opportunities to expand our customer base.
You will manage accounts by building and fostering client relationships through personalized contact, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the solution values of our products and services. Accurately forecasting opportunities based on realistic assessments will be crucial, as will maintaining Salesforce hygiene to ensure your pipeline is organized and up-to-date. You will work closely with other members of the go-to-market team, including sales engineers, developers, customer success, and partner managers, to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and sales strategy.
