You have strong experience in SaaS and a proven track record in sales management β you've successfully led teams and driven revenue growth in complex environments. Your strategic thinking and deep industry expertise enable you to navigate the challenges of enterprise sales effectively.
You excel in team leadership, having managed sales executives and delivered on forecasting and Go-To-Market commitments β building relationships with customer executives and business decision-makers is second nature to you. Your ability to collaborate across functions ensures that you can partner effectively with sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams to achieve business goals.
You are a trusted advisor to your teams, providing valuable market insights that help shape offerings and increase market presence β your customer engagement skills allow you to support your sales team in customer-facing meetings, enhancing relationships and maximizing value exchange.
You are adept at managing complex deals and navigating enterprise contracting processes β your experience allows you to drive successful outcomes for both Unity and its customers. Your passion for enabling revenue growth is evident in your approach to sales strategy and execution.
What you'll do
In this role, you will implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unityβs Industry sales growth across the AMER region β your leadership will guide a team of 5-8 Senior Sales Executives as you work towards ambitious revenue targets. You will be responsible for delivering on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments while fostering strong relationships with key customer executives.
You will partner with various internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure revenue growth through effective deal structuring and executive engagements β your cross-functional collaboration will be critical in driving Unityβs success in the market.
You will support your Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings, helping to elevate relationships and increase deal sizes β your insights and expertise will be invaluable in maximizing value exchange with customers. You will act as a trusted advisor to Go-To-Market teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unityβs offerings and roadmap.
Your role will also involve navigating complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes β you will leverage your experience to drive successful outcomes for Unity and its customers. Your strategic leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring Unityβs continued growth in revenue and market share for its Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite.

Unity offers a competitive salary range of $115,500β$173,300 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.
