Who you are

You have strong experience in SaaS and platform sales, with a proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Your strategic thinking and deep industry expertise enable you to navigate complex sales environments effectively. You are passionate about enabling revenue growth and have a knack for building relationships with customer executives and business decision-makers.

You possess excellent leadership skills, having successfully managed teams of Senior Sales Executives in previous roles. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and can partner effectively with sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful deal structuring and execution. Your ability to provide market insights makes you a trusted advisor to go-to-market teams, helping to shape offerings and increase market presence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the AMER region. You will lead a team of 5-8 Senior Sales Executives, delivering on forecasting and go-to-market business commitments. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to enhance relationships and maximize deal sizes. You will also navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and its customers.

You will act as a liaison between various internal stakeholders, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals. Your insights from the market will help inform Unity’s product roadmap and offerings, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management space. You will play a critical role in Unity’s continued growth in revenue and market share.
