You have strong experience in SaaS and a proven track record in sales management — you've successfully led teams in complex environments and understand the nuances of enterprise sales. Your strategic thinking enables you to implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive growth across regions.
You possess deep industry expertise and a passion for enabling revenue growth — your ability to build relationships with customer executives and business decision-makers sets you apart. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, partnering with various internal stakeholders to ensure successful deal structuring and execution.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and manage an Enterprise sales team, guiding 5-8 Senior Sales Executives to meet forecasting and Go-To-Market commitments. You will support your team in customer-facing meetings, enhancing relationships and maximizing deal sizes. Your insights will be invaluable as you act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing market feedback to shape Unity's offerings and roadmap.
You will navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes, ensuring successful outcomes for both Unity and its customers. Your leadership will be crucial in driving Unity's continued growth in revenue and market share for our Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite.
