Unity is seeking a Manager, Client Partner to lead a sales team focused on strategic clients in Japan. You'll develop and implement sales strategies while leveraging your expertise in cloud technology sales. This role requires experience in the SaaS industry and strong leadership skills.

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the SaaS industry, with experience managing teams and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in cloud technology sales allows you to understand and address the unique needs of industry customers effectively. You are results-driven, possessing strong financial acumen and business management skills that enable you to formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with global objectives. You empower your team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Desirable
You might also have experience in GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies and a deep understanding of the Japanese market dynamics. Your ability to think creatively and adapt strategies based on market insights will be a significant asset in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the sales function across Japan, maximizing sales and revenue by developing clear and achievable strategies based on customer segmentation and market conditions. You will have the authority to negotiate contracts and prices within the limits of the sales plan, ensuring alignment with Unityβs objectives. Your leadership will drive the team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging market insights to adapt to regional dynamics effectively. You will collaborate closely with the Global VP of Industry Sales & Partnerships, ensuring that your team is aligned with broader company goals while addressing the specific needs of your clients.
