You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the insurance sector, and possess a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics and challenges. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is unmatched, and you thrive on identifying new business opportunities that align with client needs. You are a strategic thinker who can develop customized account strategies that focus on both immediate sales and long-term growth. Your experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, allows you to create cohesive strategies that drive results.

You understand the importance of aligning with clients' evolving needs and consistently adding value to their operations. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Insurance Sales and be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the insurance industry. You will cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that Unqork remains aligned with their evolving needs. Your focus will be on executing expansion opportunities within existing accounts, uncovering ways to deepen Unqork's footprint and expand its solutions and services.
You will develop and implement customized account strategies that address both immediate sales goals and long-term growth opportunities. Your deep understanding of the Unqork platform will allow you to establish use case patterns and communicate how they can effectively address specific client challenges. You will partner with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and effective approach to client engagement and satisfaction.
