You have a proven track record in marketing leadership, with extensive experience in pipeline marketing and demand generation. You understand the intricacies of customer conversion and growth strategies, and you excel at breaking down silos between teams to foster collaboration. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data and AI-driven automation effectively, ensuring that marketing efforts are both innovative and results-oriented. You are a strategic thinker who can architect comprehensive marketing motions that drive Net New ARR while also focusing on retention and expansion strategies. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to work closely with various stakeholders, including product teams and business development representatives. You are passionate about creating seamless customer journeys and understand the importance of aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a hybrid team that includes Lifecycle Marketing and Global Inbound Business Development Representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that enhance the conversion process and drive customer growth. You will work closely with the VP of Demand Generation to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. By architecting effective marketing motions, you will ensure that the marketing automation processes are integrated with human outreach efforts, creating a unified conversion machine. You will analyze data to identify gaps in the customer journey and implement strategies to address these gaps, ultimately driving higher conversion rates. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of retention and expansion strategies to secure the existing customer base. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture within your team, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
