What you'll do

As a Business Development Manager at Vaco, you will be responsible for generating sales and increasing profitability. You will establish and maintain a target list of potential clients, conducting prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborating with recruiters, you will manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of services to clients.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
