Vaco is seeking an Account Executive to lead business development in finance and accounting staffing. You'll establish client relationships and manage job orders. This role requires finance and accounting credentials and strong business acumen.

Who you are
You are an entrepreneurial sales leader with a strong background in finance and accounting. You understand the needs of CFOs, VPs of finance, and Controllers, and you can communicate effectively with them. Your business acumen and market intelligence enable you to deliver the right expertise to clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the success of your clients and your team.
You have experience in developing client relationships and conducting prospecting activities. You are comfortable using various methods to connect with potential clients, including phone calls, emails, and social media. Your proactive approach allows you to generate new job orders weekly, aligning with performance objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will establish and maintain a target list of clients, developing strong relationships to understand their staffing needs. You will conduct prospecting activities, including phone calls and in-person meetings, to generate new job orders. Managing new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment will be a key responsibility, ensuring that you meet client expectations and deadlines.
You will utilize Bullhorn to log all activities, notes, and vital information necessary for managing and growing your book of business. Collaboration with teammates will be essential as you work together to meet client needs and achieve team goals. Your role will also involve staying informed about industry trends and client needs to provide the best possible service.
