Your ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and senior financial leaders sets you apart. Your experience includes working with elite recruitment teams to fulfill special projects and interim positions in audit, financial reporting, FP&A, M&A, and taxation. You stay informed about market trends and understand the dynamics of hiring in the finance sector. You are proactive in establishing client visits and achieving activity goals.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Manager at Vaco, you will be responsible for promoting the company to area businesses for critical projects in audit, tax, finance, and accounting. You will leverage your strong network to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively.

You will keep a regular pulse on the market, monitoring trends such as expansions, mergers, and new businesses entering the market. Establishing and conducting client visits will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
